HALCYON HAIR HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

ELIGIBILITY —

“Halcyon Hair Holiday Giveaway” is open to legal residents of all of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of the promotion and contest. Void where prohibited by law.

SPONSOR —

The Sponsor is Halcyon Hair Studio, located at 633 Bultman Drive, Sumter, SC 29150. 

CONTEST PERIOD —

The contest begins on November 30, 2021 at 9:00AM EST and ends on December 30, 2021 at 9:00PM EST (the “Contest Period). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.  

HOW TO ENTER —

Any purchase of $1 - $50 worth of retail goods and items not including sales tax (herein referred to as “Qualifying Purchase”) made at Sponsors location will receive one (1) entry.  Service totals, gift cards, other fees and tips are NOT considered qualifying purchases.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. To obtain an entry without making a purchase: legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state, postal code, telephone number, and email address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard and mail to: Halcyon Hair Studio, 633 Bultman Drive, Sumter SC 29150. Each entry received must be mailed separately. Entrants may not submit an entry on behalf of someone else. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 28, 2021 and received no later than December 30,2021.  

Limit two (2) entries per person, per household, for the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

PARTICIPATION —

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to the acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and complying with all other requirements set forth herein. Participants consent to the release of their first & last name for publication in the winners list disclosure as well as for possible use on media platforms related to Halcyon Hair Studio. No other personal information will be made public. 

PRIZES —

There are two (2) Prize Baskets of hair styling products and/or branded merchandise. Each prize is valued at $125 ARV. No prize may be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for its cash value. Prizes are awarded with no warranty or guarantee. No brand or company whos merchandise may be included in prizes has any affiliation with Sponsor or this Contest. All federal, state, and/or local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize is solely the responsibility of the winners. It is the responsibility of the winners to pick up their prizes by January 31, 2022.

SELECTION OF WINNERS —

On or about January 1, 2022 the Sponsor will select potential winners by random drawing. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS —

Sponsor will attempt to notify winners via telephone, text message and/or email on or about January 4, 2022. If the potential winner(s) cannot be contacted within 5 days of the first attempt to contact them, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining, non-winning entries. 

WINNERS LIST — 

The winners of this Contest will be published here on this website or you may send an email to halcyonhairstudio@gmail.com containing the phrase “winners list” to request the information. Winners list will be available on or about January 10, 2022.
